Welcome to Het Koorenhuis!
We know that many of our guests and visitors come from all over the world. While most of our company and website is currently in Dutch (including our FAQ), our team is happy to assist you in their best English and make sure your questions reach the right department.

Please note that our daily operations are mainly conducted in Dutch, but we’ll always do our best to communicate clearly and help you feel at home. Don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll gladly help you find your way.

Book a Studio

*When You Call

Our service point and hospitality staff will gladly assist you by phone or at the reception/bar.
In most cases, they will refer you to the appropriate department, as they may not have all the answers to specific questions.

To help you as efficiently as possible, we recommend emailing the department you wish to contact directly (listed above), and if needed, scheduling a call or appointment.

Please note our service point/phone can’t process cancellation requests of bookings made through the online system, but our administration team will be happy to help you.

What our Service Point can help you with:

• checking if your booking is in the system and handling lost & found inquiries
• issuing keys for booked studio rooms
• referring you to the correct department for your specific question
• welcoming you with our delicious coffee, cakes, lunches, snacks, wines, and full café selection

Building Opening Hours

Monday to Friday	8:30 AM – 11:00 PM
Saturday	9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Café Opening Hours

Our café is open from 9:15 AM until one hour before closing time (this may vary slightly).
Feel free to drop by for a coffee, a tasty panini, or something else to enjoy!

Holiday Hours

Please note: Het Koorenhuis may be closed or have limited opening hours on public holidays and during school vacations.
